The castle was recently renovated, but kept the Gothic and Renaissance elements, creating a unique atmosphere of past times combined with the luxuries and comfort of today. The castle walls date back to 1252, and the Otocec is situated in the picturesque lush region of Dolenjska, famous for its rivers, valleys, forests and vineyards. Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
